Wings of Freedom: 2nd phase underway
Second phase of Wings of Freedom project underway with public space inauguration planned for June 8th.
Following last year’s unveiling of Emir Salihovic’s Wings of Freedom monument, 2025 sees the second phase of the project’s completion underway: the surrounding landscape design and public space around the monument.
The surrounding space, complete with lighting which both illuminates the monument and the space itself, will be inaugurated on the 8th June as part of a commemoration marking the defence of the ‘Novi Grad’ municipality.
